Very impressive letter, but its credibility is drastically undercut because there is no way to track down a spokesperson for confirmation, questions or comment. Why is there no contact information (name of an organization, or an official representative with an address, email, phone and other identifying information?)

If I just hastily missed it, I apologize but I clicked through three layers, got to the Scribd document and then gave up.
