NY and NJ required nursing homes to admit COVID-19 patients. FL prohibited nursing homes from admitting such patients. The different results of these different policies are exactly what you would expect. NY and NJ committed mass murder.

Ooooohhh....a haircut....lucky duck. sure could use one right now. But the socialist-inspired grooming guidelines currently forbid it.

Remember how much the Nazis hated the elderly? Especially the disabled elderly?

Tried by whom. Leftist judges.
Judges who won’t take prosecutors dropping of BS charges for what it’s worth.

What you say is correct. But they will tell you that they didn't want to stigmatize Covid-19 patients.

They might even tell you that they wanted to keep hospital space reserved for people more likely to respond to treatment-- the reason that the Javits Center and the hospital ship docked in NYC went largely unused.

They may even tell us we are using 20-20 hindsight, because it was better to sacrifice those unlikely to survive to save others had the worst case scenarios of the hospitals being overwhelmed had come to pass.

But regardless of the excuse, what you say is right.

The elderly mom of one guy in new jersey (this guy) has been a resident of long term care facilities in New Jersey for over 5 years now. She tested positive for COVID-19 in late April. But by all accounts, she has been asymptomatic throughout. Amazingly, she currently remains in good shape. No doubt she’s got a hella constitution. But note well: She’s also been supplementing for years with megadoses of vitamin D under her gerontologist doctor’s care. That must have provided her with a good foundation to stand up to the infection as strongly as she did.

I don't know, probably gross negligence or something. Cops and DAs are good a coming up with charges.

they shipped body bags to the nursing homes along with the virus patients!!! They knew exactly what they were doing and both should be tried for outright murder.

That's right, I remember that now about the body bags. What a bunch of DemoncRATic Party sickos!

When you move these patients into the nursing homes you are intentionally killing these precious vulnerable people.

Cuomo caused the deaths in nursing homes on purpose

1. To get rid of people who are a drain on the system.
2. The state got an additional $39,000 for each Covid death.
3. To eliminate the link to our free past.
4. To get his hands on their estate taxes.

Yes, I believe he is that cold.

did the same thing

The "same thing" as Florida, or the "same thing" as NY & NJ? I believe you did not mean Florida, but I think you can see that your post is ambiguous.

Same as NY, ambiguous perhaps but since we talking Half Whit l would have thought it was obvious.

“The result speaks for itself, but I wouldn’t call it mass murder.”

Okay, it was voluntary manslaughter.

Okay, it was voluntary manslaughter.

OK, maybe that, but not murder. To me, murder is when you kill someone and you meant to kill them; manslaughter is when you kill someone but you did not mean to kill them.

During the Casey Anthony trial the jury instructions for the definition of "manslaughter" wrapped themselves around the axle so many times it could mean almost anything you want it to mean, but what it means to me is above.

NY and NJ are run by Democrats. Of course they committed mass murder.
