We shut down our lives because the proggies convinced President Trump that the hospitals would be overrun, NOT because they were afraid that it would spread. Now that it's shown that hospitals WON'T be overwhelmed, let's open up Major League baseball, football, hair salons, and the beach (where Chicom cooties die from sun, wind, and saltwater.).
In Cal Gov Nuisance said we had to prevent the hospitals from becoming too crowded. Well we didn’t come close, but he continued the lockdown and added some draconian measures.

I’m elderly and while my (few) friends are conservative (or as we say: normal), we all know scads of contemporaries, family, co-workers, neighbors, who cling to the idea that the D party is *progressive*. That is to say: on the right side of history and on the side of the angels.
My husband just spoke with one who would rather end up on a vent then take a Trump drug.
As with everything else the ill-begotten progs do, this particular divisive ploy is gonna cost _them_ voters.
Not that they intend to rely on voters any longer than they must to keep up their charade.

I am curious at the insistent efforts to undermine Trump’s moves with regards to coronavirus. Are you all trying to elect Biden? Because Trump is going to get beat up with all of this negative press and commentary by conservatives. Trump did his best with the information at hand, he reduced the potential deaths, and we should be thankful.
Trump didn’t lock down anyone or states.

Other people are not responsible for our bad decisions. There are plenty of people who were calling for restraint during the hysteria, but they were drowned out as deniers. Deniers of government models, and when have they ever been wrong?

We see reports of how Trump would have done better if he imposed “social distancing” earlier.
But we don’t see reports on if he had delayed in imposing restrictions on Chinese in=comers.
