I bet the mayor of Seoul didn’t force nursing homes to accept elderly and positive Covid-19 patients either.
Seoul has masks for all, abundant testing, contact tracing, mandatory quarantine, prompt government response, a cooperating, monocultural population that learned from the first SARS virus.
In other words, Korea is much more big government, authoritarian and collectivist than the bluest of blue states.
