There are two essential questions posed.

Why are coronavirus cases predominately in Democrat controlled areas?

Answer: Democrats control metropolitan areas. High population densities lead to widespread transmission.

Why does Seoul only have two reported deaths?

Answer: One is that there are only two reported deaths. There may be many more either hidden by family or by their government.

Secondly, South Korea placed draconian procedures and laws after their MERS outbreak. When the coronavirus appeared in South Korea, widespread testing was mandatory. Citizens could not refuse. Citizens that tested positive were immediately detained and isolated - imagine hospital prison. Anyone who tested positive had their mobile phone data and credit card data seized to track past movements. Anyone they came into contact with was paid a special visit from government medical squads. If they tested positive, see above. Hot spots like that mega-church were shut down. All members isolated until they tested negative twice.

Third, they might have gotten lucky. There are now over thirty strains identified. Some are less virulent, less severe.

None of that can explain only TWO deaths in a city of over 9 million with a higher population density than NYC and a bigger population.

“Hospital prison” in S Korea is better than “Dead” in NYC. Democrats can’t run anything but their mouths. Exhibit A: Fauci.
