What a dispicable person and he is the face of the Democratic Party. But the worse thing is someone would vote for him to hold office. Is morality out the window?

The problem is that rank and file democrats, many of whom are moral people, do not think it is their moral duty to critically examine the character of democrats who are in office or running for office, and they do not seem to understand that it is of utmost importance to carefully examine the policies, actions, and positions of the democrat party leaders. They think that by pulling the lever for the democrats, they have done their moral duty because a century or more ago, their great-great-great grandfather told their great-great-grandfather to always vote for the democrat, and this instruction has been faithfully carried out ever since. This carefully honored, generationally kept, bad advice is the heart-breaking American tragedy that has led to most of the ills we are experiencing now, and ultimately the likely downfall of our country.

I often wished when I was younger and would run up this blank wall of a friend, colleague — even relatives — who demonstrated this absolute refusal to even consider that the democrat politician might be a bad person and have bad ideas, that I could have a magic wand I could wave that would erase every reference to democrat or republican, and force that individual to actually look at the politicians and what they were actually doing and what they advocated. Now I realize this blindness is too deeply entrenched.

Mind you, I think there are some pretty bad Republicans too, and we should NEVER blind ourselves to the faults of Republican politicians, even the president although I believe he has dome a lot of very good things against almost impossible odds.
