If Fredo’s brother is doing this, it is because there is more money in dead COVID-19 patients than live ones.
Because if you get them on a ventilator and kill them, it’s an extra $39,000.
If true, one has to wonder what the minority percentage is in this hospitalwho are being left to die.

Were the ventilators in the nursing homes or in the hospital ICU’s?
Because going to the med board is the quickest way to get your license pulled for being a fear monger or false claims.
That, and not going thru the chain of command at your hospital.
You can have advance directives/requests made to your physician to have certain things done in case you are not able to yourself. You can demand certain things as well, and that includes treatments.
If you do have the unfortunate case where you are hospitalized due to suspected Covid-19. You can demand certain treatments and reject others. If you are able to speak with your attending physician. Make them known and demand it put in your records or read from your records. If they refuse, ask for a doctor who will. Make sure your spouse or trusted person knows this too. Many people do not know this and are at the mercy of what they-the physicians “feel” Will be the best course of treatment. Your body, your choice. Anecdotally alive or statistically dead.

Do you think the government there, that less than a generation ago was pretty darned socialist, REALLY CARES about their service industry jobs and ‘economy’?
They’re cutting their pension payments and senior healthcare budget with a double sided bastard sword with this virus.
This virus is the best thing that ever happened to the ‘cost’ of caring for the elderly. Over 80 gets NO hospital treatment for this, over 70 with one comorbidity, over 60 with two. And that’s ‘biological age’. If you’re obese or a cancer survivor guaranteed your ‘biological age’ will be much greater than your chronological age.
And it’s in 300 nursing homes in Sweden. The carers aren’t ‘allowed’ to wear PPE there so as not to ‘frighten’ the residents. Those homes will be empty by the end of this year more than likely. If you’re sick and old enough to be IN a nursing home, your odds of getting more than a tylenol with this virus are zero there.
If the hospital intubates due to Covid-19, I read recently they receive $39,000 from the approved stimulus.
I hope it is investigated and I hope more brave nurses will come forward with corroborating information.
Family members are prevented from being there and are unable to question what is not being done. Families are unable to advocate for their loved ones. These patients are isolated and scared. It is so sad.

We have the same stupid and dangerous rules for patients in rest homes and even expensive retirement homes.
Last week a good friend died in an expensive retirement home that he helped to build and get going. He had terrible Parkinson’s and had good care for close to 4 years. His wife would visit and often bring him to church or just go to nice places locally, with him in his wheel chair in their special van.
That changed on 14 March. His wife went to see him, and she was told that she could not enter the acute care wing due to the Corona. He was not infected nor was she. This was the California new state rules.
They finally let her see him at about 3 am last weekend. He died shortly after she left.
We doubt if he was mistreated, however the new rules abused his wife and him and separated them for over a month.
