Not all Americans eat meat, and not all Americans eat pork. If you’re Jewish or a Torah-observant Christian, pork is a no-no.
Okay, then 6.4 billion pounds of bacon would still only be 22 pounds of bacon for 90% of Americans.
That would be a start. 2 pounds is just pitiful.
