I have an extra room in my 3rd floor apartment that would be perfect for chickens.
Put a little collar and leash on them and take them out for a walk like people do with dogs.

I’ll bet you there are folks who try to take their chickens for a walk. You could probably train one to do it.
Just keep nosy dogs and children away.
Somebody would probably think it was ‘cruel’ then tattle to the ASPCA after taking my picture.
