If he had single-handedly saved her life by performing CPR she’d be complaining that he broke a rib.
Personally, if I’m in “unbearable pain” then taking a selfie and tweeting or posting is the very LAST thing that’s going to be on my mind!
Who knows... Maybe she’ll get lucky and catch the virus while she’s hospitalized for this ‘imaginary’ pain.
