Ever wonder just how they can so quickly put these things together....it’s almost as if they had a ready version on the shelf.
They do. It's a standard business practice to keep a wish list and have proposals ready, especially with government agencies. They just wait for the right time to spring the proposal, and can put it together quickly.
Pelosi has also been using delaying tactics since she got the speakership back. This is another one.
Seriously, though, if she gets the election fixing part of this, it will get very bad.
