The founders were correct to exclude the children of foreign nationals from being President with the natural born citizen requirement.
The children of foreign nationals CANNOT be natural born citizens because they are born with divided citizenship, the very condition the founders were excluding.
The only way one is NATURALLY a citizen is if there is no possibility of being anything else.
ALL the children of foreign nationals are born something else, even if born here and also awarded US citizenship.
