Dr. Karlyn Borysenko is a longtime Democrat.
She recently attended a Trump rally and found out it was like nothing she had heard from the media or her liberal friends.
Not only were Trump supporters incredibly friendly to her, but she was also completely shocked by the positive energy and size of the crowd.
Now she is issuing a warning to members of her party.
She writes at Medium:

I think those of us on the left need to take a long look in the mirror and have an honest conversation about what’s going on.
If you had told me three years ago that I would ever attend a Donald Trump rally, I would have laughed and assured you that was never going to happen. Heck, if you had told me I would do it three months ago, I probably would have done the same thing…
So, I headed over an hour and a half before the doors were scheduled to open—which was four hours before Trump was set to take the stage—and the line already stretched a mile away from the entrance to the arena.
As I waited, I chatted with the folks around me. And contrary to all the fears expressed, they were so nice. I was not harassed or intimidated, and I was never in fear of my safety even for a moment. These were average, everyday people. They were veterans, schoolteachers, and small business owners who had come from all over the place for the thrill of attending this rally.
They were upbeat and excited. In chatting, I even let it slip that I was a Democrat. The reaction: “Good for you! Welcome!”…
As I left the rally—walking past thousands of people who were watching it on a giant monitor outside the arena because they couldn’t get in—I knew there was no way Trump would lose in November.
The best part comes at the end:
I think the Democrats have an ass-kicking coming to them in November, and I think most of them will be utterly shocked when it happens because they’re existing in an echo chamber that is not reflective of the broader reality.
She has received a lot of feedback, too:
You should (n’t) see the levels of TDS in the quilting community, it is off the rails. I had to block 3 people just last week for comments made about Trump supporters.
I don’t see how any health care worker can be a democrat. Especially doctors
They haven't changed one iota since then.
I can't think of another group more deserving of one.

If you’re right, the Dems are taking a big risk. If they lose their lunatic base and the lunatics form a third party, the Rats are dead. The new lunatic party will see a little bit of success on the left coast and parts of New England. However, it’ll give the Dems headaches everywhere else ... The result will be several Rs winning purple to light blue seats.
Of course, if the D party swings back to the center, the RINOs might flock to the rebranded party ... It’ll be interesting to watch :-).
Now compare that to what happened at Bernie’s rally where some feminazis got on stage, took the mic from him and went topless.
