He did NOT call for disciplinary action. He said it was the Military’s call.
Vindman may be a treasonous pr!ck, but I'm not sure what exactly he did that would warrant an investigation of any kind. He should simply be re-assigned and sent to Kabul as the chief U.S. negotiator with the Taliban ... after all the other U.S. troops have left Afghanistan.

The Army has no interest in getting dragged into this pissing contest. He will retire shortly, probably before he is due to report to the War College.

Vindictiveman was still very publicly marched out of the White House in disgrace, and he was booted out of the NSC. He should be prosecuted, but a sh*tty little pissant like him isn’t worth whipping the Rat party and Fake News into an even greater frenzy. POTUS has a massive wind at his back right now, and he needs to focus on keeping his momentum and getting re-elected.
Benedict Arnold thought that our enemies, the British, would welcome him with open arms. They didn’t. Nobody admires a traitor. Arnold spent his lonely last years in England, not regarded at all as a hero. Vindeman won’t be any different.
