I agree with you and the AA % numbers going back to 2004 are easy to remember:

2004: 12%
2008: 4%
2012: 6%
2016: 8%

Exceeding 12% would be a win.

Do you know what Bush-43s approval was among blacks in 2004? I’m betting it was in the 20s at best.
