Adam Schiff is a fact witness also. But I have no confidence that Schiff or the Bidens would tell the truth. Lying comes as natural to them as going to the bathroom.

Can you imagine crazy uncle joe, under oath, trying to remember which lie he told 3 or 4 hours prior?
