Putnam votes for TARP and several other boondoggle bills, was at least smart enough not to run for re-election, laid low, ran for Agriculture Commissioner, won, figured all was forgiven, got his ass handed to him by Ron DeSantis and is now cooling his heels in the electorate doghouse.
