Well, I don’t know what you’re getting at. But I’m not interested in an ancient war the we’ve lived far beyond.

I care about the timeless Constitution, and the clearly delineated ‘shall not be infringed’ RIGHT to keep and bear arms.

That is not a ‘North v. South’ issue, and shouldn’t be one contested among political parties, either. It’s a principle carved in stone by very wise men who actually knew what it was like to live under tyranny - and a very common sense one.

We have a Freeper who has posted many quotes on his home page which clearly exhibit the thought and principles that guided the founders who instituted the Second Amendment. I’ve saved it, and will post it later.
