I do not believe in coincidences and this is definitely not one.
I was suspicious about the first video for a while, why would he be pointing his camera there at that time? But they could have seen the anti-aircraft missiles launch, and took out their cameras and just pointed the cameras in the direction they thought the missiles went. And everyone in Iran had to be pretty nervous in the last few days, so I don’t think its unusual for people to be out looking for signs of an attack.

The person who filmed it told reporters that 2 missiles were fired. He started recording after the first one according to him.
They probably thought they were taking out a recon aircraft. Or drone. And yes, that guy standing there filming was no coincidence. You don’t just stand there filming black sky for nothing.
Because earlier that evening they saw missiles outbound, and knew from the news that Iran his just launched missiles on Iraq. Ergo, you walk outside and wait to see something happen.
Not weird at all.
