This is big news. Defamation lawsuits against the press are notoriously difficult to win. CNN’s settling is a big blow to them and a big win for the Good Guys. Anyone griping here that there's no apology does not understand how lawsuits work or what odds these Covington kids just beat in getting a settlement out of CNN.
