Calling those that engage in animal behavior is not maligning an entire race.
It is a descriptor of behavior, animal behavior.
Did you read the damn warning?
Comments that refer to the perpetrators of this crime (who are children themselves) as some sort of animal, with or without porches or pavements, will earn you a PERMANENT BAN.
They are clearly warning against racial slurs, not against describing the behavior as animalistic.
