A 14-year-old student in Hamilton County, Florida, was hospitalized after being brutally attacked by multiple classmates on the schoolbus for wearing a Trump hat to school.
The family of the student, who has not been publicly identified, has now hired a lawyer and released a video of the attack.
Earlier in the day, the student also had milk poured over his head.
“I am sitting in the hospital with my 14 year old kid because he was just jumped by 8 black kids on the school bus, I guess that’s what happens when a kid wears a Trump hat to school. And who’s the violent ones again? Earlier today they poured milk all over his head,” the parent, who uses the Twitter handle “American Diaries,” tweeted.

Looks like Trump was right about a lot of black people.
What was it he said to get them this riled up anyway?
The boy was just being enriched by diversity.
At lunch some thugs poured milk over his head and the school apparently did nothing, and you bet, they will blame him for a) wearing a hat that provoked the animals to attack, and b) he will be accused of using a racial slur (3-2-1. . .). . .thereby triggering the attack.
It is all his fault, of course, you can bet on it.
But he should be allowed to pull over and call 911.
Looks like an armed federal Marshall will have to be stationed on every bus with black kids from now on.
Then the bus driver should have pulled the bus over to the side of the road and called the police.
There was a poll the other day that showed 77% of blacks supporting impeachment of President Trump. So no way 34% are supporting him.
The boy should be enriched by an 8 million buck lawsuit against the school and the district.
They knew their was trouble earlier in the day and did nothing.

Victim blaming? Really? Blaming him for wearing a Trump hate when in school should not get you beat/crippled or killed. Victim blaming means you are conceding the field (in school and out) to the animals and excusing the animals. After all, they were ‘triggered.’
It is way past time for people to draw a line and prosecute the school and the thugs. They must be held accountable for their illegal act.
How about the school step up and prosecute the thugs, and protect those that hold a different opinion or wear a hat, or are White.
Hamilton County is a rural county in north Florida along the Georgia state line...went more than 60% for Trump in 2016 so must be majority white. Maybe there are no alternatives in the area to that public school.

I wouldn’t let my kid wear a Trump hat to school. Could get away with it here but not in big cities and yes, he would have a ‘right’ but I would expect him to get beat up at some of these big city school. It’s my job as a parent to keep my kid safe.
The parent can wear their hat in public and take the consequences.

Kid should be front and center at one of Trump’s rallies as soon as he’s able.

Driving a bus of animals, nasty business, but think about it. . .watching a kid get beat to death or severely injured and you do nothing for fear of being fired?
How can you live with yourself if you allow that sort of beating take place, no matter what “policy” is in place.
Bus driver could have been a hero, but now the world knows him as the craven coward he is.
