Thanks in advance for your help.
These days, with advance crews setting up outdoor jumbotron, I would expect some sort of portapotty facility outdoors.
I have no idea about chair leave-behind. If I was doing that, I'd leave it, and then exit same door and look for it. If it's still there, take it home. If it's gone, well, great! You won't get pinched for littering.
An old lawn chair is terrific idea. At the Dallas rally, several people did just that. They left the lawn chairs outside the arena which worked great for those of us who couldnt get in because we had been working all day, and the venue filled before I was able to reach the gate.
I used the chairs someone had left, and I left them when I left the rally. I presume the person who brought them might have been able to pick them up on the way home.
Something to consider.
In the pre-election Trump rally there, there appeared to be only one entrance open the whole time. Processing went fast, but if you get there two to three hours early, you should have few problems getting in.
There will likely be trash cans there. You may be able to set the chair against one of those.
Empty your pockets of anything you don’t need. Airport type security at the gate.
Wear comfy shoes.
In my experience the line moved fast enough to make using a chair is a hassle.
I avoid large crowd events, so I don’t have any advice, but I hope you have a really good time!
Wear Depends if you have a bladder problem.
I’ll be there too
Looking at the forecast, an umbrella would be in order.
Wear the “trucker’s friend” (Smokey and the bandit)
There were porta-potties last week in Florida. Plenty of people had chairs and returned them to their cars just before the started letting people in. Security was very heavy entering the parking lot; and airport like entering the arena. I had a torch cigar lighter confiscated as I was entering the arena. I pleaded that it wasn’t on the list of prohibited items and the guy told me that the last thing on their list was anything they deemed dangerous.

I went to the Manchester rally. There was a pile of lawn chairs, pick nick chairs all piled up outside the front entrance. They were all there at the end of the event. People collected them and took them back home.
As far as bathroom breaks goes. People held their place in line so people could go as needed.
