So you want him to act like a Democrat and actually open himself up for a real impeachment charge. It would be suicidal for him not to obey a court judgement. Either you’re not very bright or you’re another of the progressive plants so common here at FR.
Since when does a President have to obey a court order? He is a co-equal branch of the government with the judicial branch. He is not under their command in any form or fashion. Their judgements are just that. "Judgements". We obey "Laws" and laws are passed through the legislative branch of the government, not the judicial branch. The Constitution gives the judicial branch the ability to pass "judgements" but nowhere does it state that any of those "judgements" MUST BE OBEYED.
Why would that be mean impeachment? Even though it is not impeachable, vacating injunctions of the lower court until SCOTUS decides is a great reason to have an impeachment. Let's hash out who runs the country, federal district judges or the President. The timid approach is NOT GOING TO WORK. If you want bloodshed keep on the path of the pussy footed loser.
