When Bureaucrats Go Bad
Canada Free Press ^ | 11/16/19 | Ray DiLorenzo

Posted on 11/16/2019 5:28:53 AM PST by Sean_Anthony

Un-elected bureaucrats, the faceless horde, the Deep State, the swamp if you will, the little despots drunk with power and the ability to screw with people's lives, have risen up

President Obama correctly said, ‘Elections have consequences.”...consequences that Democrats have never been able to fully accept in the past and especially not now.

When Ronald Reagan became president, Democrats complained about being surrounded by so many Reagan appointees. They had to be reminded that they lost the election. And so it is with President Trump, but this time the opposition is fighting for what they see as their very existence, the threat to drain the swamp where they have lived so long and have grown so comfortable. They don’t even smell the stink anymore. As long as the president was a Democrat, all was well. Dems have a long history of bloated government and despotic bureaucrats.

bureaucracy basically remains a structure of the 18th century.
Much of the needless and humanly and financially costly tyranny we suffer from them is unnecessary today.

Ever wonder why when you see a public citizenship oath ceremony you never see any Caucasians? I saw one live recently on Fox. Not one Caucasian. That is the Globalist Deep State ™ at work, importing Democrats and socialists.

Is it racist to notice that lack of Caucasians or not to notice that? I get confused.

The Deep State is unaccountable to anyone with zero oversight. We work for them. Get used to it or take up arms.

I don’t think there’s any kind of special barrier for Caucasian immigrants. I’ve been to Europe several times and they seem to like it there. Plus with the EU it is much easier for Europeans to emigrate to other European countries. A disgruntled Frenchman will find it much easier to move to Switzerland than the US. Less distance to travel, possibly no language barrier, depending on which part of Switzerland he moves to.

Oh bull crap. There is a “diversity” lottery and whites need not apply. LEGAL immigration is killing us and these newly minted voters end up voting Democrat 90%+ of the time.

Section 203(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) provides for a class of immigrants known as “diversity immigrants,” from countries with historically low rates of immigration to the United States.(Emphasis mine)That would seem to include white Australians, New Zealanders, Canadians, and South Africans, since I have never heard of massive waves of immigrants from those countries at any point in US history. "Historically low rates of immigration to the United States" also necessarily excludes Chinese and Mexicans.

You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink. Even if our immigration policies bent over backwards to invite Caucasians and excluded everyone else you cannot make white Europeans, Canadians, or Australians leave their home countries if they don't want to. Many Europeans and Canadians I have talked to did not want to come to the US even for a vacation, let alone relocating here. Just because you build it does not mean they will come.

You can virtue signal all you want but LEGAL immigration is bad for the country, been abused and is taking us to socialist hell. Republicans need to get over their love affair with legal immigration. We are building our own gallows.

Where do you see the virtue signaling in my post? I posted a link to our current immigration policies and mentioned my personal observations of Caucasians living outside the US. I fail to see where the virtue signaling fits in.

Illegal immigration is a problem. If the immigrants, legal or illegal, refuse to assimilate to their host country’s culture (looking at you, Muslims) that’s also a problem. But if, as you say, legal immigration is also ruinous then how did my ancestors hurt America when they emigrated from Germany and Italy around the turn of the 20th century?

Which is classic virtue signalling.

You are projecting what happened in the early 2oth century to today. My grand parents came from Italy too which has nothing to do with today's problems.. That doesn't mean I am so naive as not to see how progressives are using legal immigration to socialize the USA. Immigration is used to lower the value of labor and to lower our standard of living. No nation that is in the process of de-industrializing with a slew of social spending give-aways needs to importing any new people AT ALL.

We are not a nation of immigrants we are a homeland to the native born. Our altruism is abused and this must end now.

So you’re not opposed to all immigration at all times, just in the modern age. Thanks for the clarification.

By the way, asking a simple question using a simple rephrasing of the other party’s own words is not virtue signaling either.
