So Schiff is saying that the President of the USA is not protected by the Bill of Rights? Wow. So Trump has not 1st Amendment right to free speech. No right to be protected from unreasonable search or seizure. No 5th Amendment rights. No right to “due process” in an investigation of “high crimes and misdemeanors.” OMG.
