Representative John Ratcliffe is one of only four House members who have reviewed every known classified document surrounding the 2016 political surveillance, Spygate and the use of the FISA court; including John Brennan’s two-page ‘electronic communication’ that started the FBI investigation. So when John Ratcliffe is discussing what potential criminal activity John Durham is investigating and he says “FISA act and court“, that specific use of wording is subtle like a brick through a window to those who follow closely.
Everyone is aware that IG Michael Horowitz is looking at the Carter Page FISA application and potential misrepresentations to the FISC; that’s the “FISA court” part. However, no-one has even hinted that anyone in government might be looking at the FBI abuse of the NSA database; and/or the outlined surveillance violations by Judge Rosemary Collyer; which would fall under the “FISA act” part. Interesting word choices. WATCH:
Short Video, but important! Keep in mind Representative John Ratcliffe has seen everything, so he knows what the IG has in front of him and the IG knows Ratcliffe knows what's in front of him. He's also got that "Shit Eatin" grin on that somebody has when they know they are right and can't wait to be proven right.
He also says, with a sneaky kind of confidence, that the IG could have already sent criminal referrals to Barr even though the report has not been released yet.

These investigations are dragging on and on... It’s almost like they want the serious charges and arrest of these corrupt officials to occur during the upcoming election cycle... I guess that wouldn’t be all that bad... For Trump that is.

The potential bigger story or on par of spying on candidate Trump and attempted coup once he became President is the the 2015-2016 NSA repeated spying on hundreds and thousands of people in the U.S. I bet you they aren’t ordinary people but politicians, judges, lawyers, media and high profile businesses
We were told FISA was set up to protect us from terrorism, but it was really set up to spy on Americans. It should be disbanded.
Can you imagine if Trump used FISA warrants to spy on Biden?
Clinton “only” got caught with 900 raw date FBI files on Republicans found near a copy machine (in the White House?). Though that quietly blackmailed many of them, Surveillance sure went further under Obama. It’s about time that evildoers are held accountable.

Don’t set your hopes up too high on this, you’re likely to get disappointed. We’ve been down this road before and heard the claims again & again - nothing happens.
