This is nothing more than a coup - and it’s coup 2.0. The Mueller investigation was coup 1.0.

The result of the Mueller investigation revealed nothing but the fact that the investigation itself was illegal. There was no basis for the investigation in the first place, no probably cause. A violation of due process.

The D’s cried that there must be “additional investigations” but realized it looked pathetic. So what did they do? They changed the “whistle blower” laws so that it didn’t require first hand knowledge of wrong doing, so they could roll them out just like they do with sexual accusers. This is just a facade to engage in the endless investigations necessary to “find something!” that they could actually use to justify impeachment.

They’re breaking the system. This is a complete abuse of power. NO POTUS going forward can survive, the day they take office the other side can just claim wrongdoing and start investigations with the directions of impeachment.

This is just childish, it’s nothing more than “we hate Trump”. The thing is, there’s laws against abuse of power, the 4th Amendment is being violated. At some point they need to be charged. It’s just never happened like this.

The House holds this power but not the power to violate basic civil rights.

That can be argued by another lawyer(s) simultaneously, while others lawyers are dealing with other matters, that what is taking place is tantamount and equal to jury tampering ,being forcibly hauled in without being read ones Miranda Rights and that they need SCOTUS to review this as they hold that power of Judicial Review. And if an co equal branch Congress) will deny due process and Trump is powerless thaen a branch equal to Congress (SCOTUS) can intervene.

The argument is that Congress does not have infinite power on matters of Impeachment or they would be beyond a couple equal branch.

Very few saw Marbury vs. Madison coming and it was a first, there’s always a first for everything, so who knows what SCOTUS might do, and we can create another first for God and Country.

Its All Over Except ... :" A suit based upon due process rights should be able to go to SCOTUS.

The various Dumbocrat committees are acting like a 'grand jury',
you know, just like the old adage about grand juries,
'where you can indict a hamburger' for probable cause in a murder.
It's all one-sided prosecution and testimony.
