Thousands of teenagers (kids) are becoming addicted, growing into adults and unable to shake their vice. That can't be good for society.

Then we don’t need to do anything but enforce existing laws. All of these devices are intended for and, in every vape shop I know, sold to, adults only. It is illegal for “kids” to have or use vaping devices. If they do, prosecute them...problem solved.
