As the truth closes in on Biden, the media circles the wagons

The truth is closing in on Joe Biden. It has become clear that the Ukrainian firm Burisma was funneling cash to Hunter Biden as a means of securing the influence of Joe Biden. Biden was named "point man"  in 2014 to watch over the notoriously corrupt Ukraine

Obama made then-Vice President Biden the point man, and he became a frequent visitor to Ukraine. By his own count, Biden says he went there about a dozen times from early 2014 through early 2016.
And just about exactly the same time:
In the spring of 2014, as Joe Biden began his trips to Ukraine, Hunter Biden took a position on the board of the country's largest private gas company, Burisma. He was reportedly paid up to $50,000 a month.
"The younger Biden had ZERO expertise in energy. Why would a company like Burisma hire such such a person?" the author asks with his tongue in his cheek.

A Ukrainian prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, was investigating Burisma and Hunter Biden. Biden threatened to withhold aid to the Ukraine unless the prosecutor was fired.

The controversy ignited anew earlier this year when I disclosed that Joe Biden admitted during a 2018 videotaped speech that, as vice president in March 2016, he threatened to cancel $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, to pressure Ukraine’s then-President Petro Poroshenko to fire Shokin.

At the time, Shokin’s office was investigating Burisma. Shokin told me he was making plans to question Hunter Biden about $3 million in fees that Biden and his partner, Archer, collected from Burisma through their American firm. Documents seized by the FBI in an unrelated case confirm the payments, which in many months totaled more than $166,000.

Shokin has signed an affadavit swearing that he was forced out because of Biden. This caused an uproar in the left wing media, whose job now is to protect Biden.

The NY Slimes and other have been outright hostile to Trump calling other countries asking for help with the investigation of how the Russia hoax got started. Someone leaked to the Times about Trump calling Australia and asking for such help.

And then AG Bill Barr brings down the hammer

A Justice Department official told Fox News on Monday that Attorney General Bill Barr asked President Trump to introductions to foreign countries that might have had information pertinent to U.S. Attorney John Durham's ongoing probe into possible misconduct by the intelligence community at the outset of the Russia investigation.

But a person familiar with the situation told Fox News it would be wrong to say Trump "pressed" the Australian prime minister for information that could have discredited former Special Counsel Mueller's now-completed probe, as The New York Times reported earlier Monday. "The countries have been helpful," the source said. "There was no pressing required."

That pretty much wipes out the current democrat narrative.

The media continues to step on its own er, tongue when they abandon the need to vet stories in the fury to get Trump:

Even on its own terms, the media’s Get Trump project has proved a monumental failure. If the blob of blue-checkmark Twitterati wanted to help President Trump portray the latest impeachment push as a partisan witch hunt, they couldn’t have done a better job than they are now.

Consider the latest example: On Sunday, CBS’ venerable “60 Minutes” program reported on Twitter that “the government whistleblower who set off the impeachment inquiry of President Trump is under federal protection because they fear for their safety.” The explosive news seemed to vindicate his opponents’ darkest fantasies about the president: Of course Trump would physically threaten a whistleblower, much as the Corleone family would deal with a snitch.

“The whistleblower is being protected from the executive branch of his or her own government,” fretted Aaron Rupar of Vox. “That’s not quite right,” The Atlantic’s David Frum chimed in. “The whistleblower is also at risk from the private citizen supporters the president incites to violence.”

And so on until — oops: As Politico reported, “an attorney for the whistleblower in the Trump-Ukraine scandal said Sunday that CBS’ ‘60 Minutes’ had ‘completely misinterpreted’ a document from his legal group, after the news outlet tweeted that the whistleblower was now under federal protection.”

In the amusement portion of our program, Biden, who relentlessly attacks Trump, is demanding that the media stop giving Rudi Giuliani air time

Just guessing here but, is this all actually “OK” in the sense that what has been stumbled onto here is the entire deal was a way to backwash tax dollars into CIA black accounts? So the media sort of knows this and doesn’t want to piss them off? Or perhaps the so called journalists have actually be warned off?

Our media is criminal with lies, deceit, fake news and propaganda. They hide behind the 1st. Amendment like cowards and use the Constitution as their very own political weapon. The perversion of freedom of speech is sickening. Our side just lets them spew their vitriol. Their words are as good as bullets and America is slowly turning in a dark direction.

UT-OH-----2014 picture taken in the Hamptons shows Joe Biden and his son golfing with Ukraine gas company executive, Devon Archer - who served on the board of the Ukraine gas company with Hunter Biden - despite Joe’s claims he never discussed Ukraine deal with his son. In the 2014 photo, Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, are seen golfing with , Devon Archer, in the Hamptons At the time, Archer and Hunter served on board of Ukraine's Burisma Holdings. The photo emerged just a week after it was revealed that President Donald Trump prodded Ukraine's president to help him investigate Biden. Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani has urged Ukrainian officials to investigate Bidens

Biden has accused Trump of trying to 'hijack' the campaign with unfounded assertions that he and Hunter had corrupt dealings in Ukrainian business Earlier this month, Biden denied speaking to his son about his overseas dealings. But Hunter said the opposite in July, claiming he had spoken to his father 'just once' about his work in Ukraine

The photo, which was obtained by Fox News' Tucker Carlson Tonight shows Biden and Hunter posing alongside Devon Archer, who served on the board of Burisma Holdings with Hunter.

In 2014, then-Vice President Biden was at the forefront of American diplomatic efforts to support Ukraine's fragile democratic government as it sought to fend off Russian aggression and root out corruption. So it raised eyebrows when his son Hunter was hired to sit on the board of a Ukrainian gas company, a windfall moment that was part of a lucrative multi-nation consulting business.

Hunter was said to have joined Bursima because former President of Poland, Aleksander Kwasniewski, also a Burisma board member, urged him to do so. He supposedly also believed that helping Ukraine achieve energy independence would help protect the company from Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Burisma Holdings had ties to then-Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, a pro-Russia leader, which raised eyebrows. But at the time, the Obama White House insisted that since the vice president's son was a private citizen, there was no conflict of interest. There has been no conclusive evidence of wrongdoing by either Biden.

Yet the matter is back in the spotlight following revelations that President Donald Trump prodded Ukraine's president to help him investigate any corruption related to Biden, now one of the top Democrats seeking to defeat Trump in 2020.

Just one more thing. What does the text of the law in question provide [5 U.S.C. § 2302(a)(2)(C).]? Sect (C) seems to exempt CIA agents from the whistleblower law protections.
