The GOJ’s rejection of a last ditch appeal by the legal team representing fired former FBI Director Andrew McCabe and the recommendation by federal prosecutors that charges actually be filed against the documented liar, leaker and co-conspirator in the attempted coup against a duly elected President Donald Trump puts the deep state in a face-to-face confrontation with a potential legal Armageddon. An indictment will leave McCabe with no excuse for not carrying out his threat to bring them all down with him.
Before his firing former FBI Director Andrew McCabe sent a shot across the bow of his co-conspirators in the plots to keep Hillary Clinton out of prison and Donald Trump out of the White House, according to Fox News correspondent Adam Housely in a series of tweets reported by Gateway Pundit at the time of the firing:

So, we have a number of investigations and McCabe is worried. He's said over and over again, if I go down, I'm taking everybody else with me.
“Lack of candor” about leaking to the press is the least of McCabe’s worries. McCabe is a signatory to at least one of the FISA applications requesting surveillance of American citizens, namely Team Trump. His signature was his affirmation that the information in it, based largely on the Steele dossier paid for by Team Hillary and the DNC and compiled from Russian sources by a British agent was accurate and verified. The FISA warrant he signed was a fraud committed on the court.
The Steele dossier, despite McCabe’s prior obfuscations, was acquired illegally. Money was laundered through a law firm, to a dirt-gathering opposition research firm, Fusion GPS, to a foreign agent, Christopher Steele, to Russian sources making most of the stuff up. The fact that the transaction went through multiple hands does not make it any more legal. It just makes the coming indictment longer.
McCabe, the man he worked for, James Comey, and the people who worked under McCabe, such as Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, then took this fruit of foreign interference in our election and used it to commit a fraud upon the FISA court to trigger the illegal surveillance of one political campaign by another with the aid of co-conspirators at the DOJ and FBI.
That McCabe himself was a key architect of this coup is found in the texts of FBI Agent Peter Strozk, who speaks of the plan hatched in “Andy’s office” to stop Trump at all costs, with this end justifying any and all means:

It’s not just the FBI he would bring down.
I would love to be watching when they put McCabe in Epstein’s cell. It would be those “once in a millennia” looks, I bet.

So he won’t roll over.
And even if by a slim chance he’s convicted, he will be told it’s like a month at most.
So his future is taken care of and he won’t be bringing anyone down with him.
He said he would bring everyone down if he went down but that was just to get paid attention to, then a book deal, then a CNN gig, etc.

If Epstein was murder then they are able to reach into this ultra secure setting, make the unbelievable claim that a series of sloppy coincidence occurred and get away with it. McCabe needs to start taking them down soon if he’s going to.
Either Barr will indict, arrest and prosecute McCabe, Comey, Brennan, Klapper, Lynch and the rest or he will be forever remembered as the Attorney General made it clear that equal justice under the law simply does not exist in America.
What is a rational decent person to conclude regarding the justice system in modern day America? The Supreme Court dictates the legality of abortion on demand and over the last fifty years the courts do not allow any restrictions on the ongoing , massive slaughter. The FBI and other Federal agencies perpetuate a plot and hoax to rig a Presidential election and then prevent a duly elected President from taking or exercising his office. Yet the perpetrators remain free and grinning. Federal judges make rulings that de facto give themselves the power to make policy. They protect politicians who willingly ignore existing Federal laws. Local prosecutors decline to prosecute thugs and criminals for political reasons.
What fool still believes that “equal protection under the law” exists in modern day America?
