When considering the entire package, delivery system, enemy avoidance, navigation and targeting, and warhead impact, the nuclear weapon is only one part. I am certain we are constantly improving all aspects, and it is good to have an enemy who wonders just how bad it might be. Give Trump some credit for the correct attitude here.
