Texas property taxes can be 6 or 7 bears. They go up here 10 percent each and every year.

At least it is cheap to register vehicles in Texas (personal property). Which explains why probably 1 out of every 5 cars in Kansas has a Texas tag on it. Because most people have relatives that live in Texas and scam the system.
