2016, actually. It’s a manufactured home, but so what? Just as comfortable as houses costing 10X as much. And it has appreciated in price, according to Zillow.

I confess, though I don’t live in one, I have always loved manufactured homes, mobile homes, trailer houses, whatever you want to call them, especially the older ones. It’s really unfortunate that in the minds of many, that makes us “trailer trash”, (though not so much here in the south). I’m originally from the north, and in the town I come from, even living in an apartment, with few exceptions, such as young adults or young marrieds, was looked down upon. Not until some luxury apartment buildings were built, was it considered ok for “normal people” to live in one, instead of owning one’s own home. It was a pretty stuck-up place. Now, it’s a crime-ridden dump, like a lot of bigger cities.
