I finally get it. I finally understand the theory of Social Justice.
In Florida a recently passed constitutional amendment would restore voting rights to convicted felons who have completed their sentences. Now a political groups claims that convicted felons in Florida who would otherwise be eligible to vote under recently passed Amendment 4 are unable to do so because they are unable to afford to pay the fine and costs or restitution which was imposed as part of their felony sentence. They cant vote because they cant pay and thats unfair. That violates the equal protection clause under the U.S. constitution. Felons should not be responsible for the financial consequences of their crimes to the victims of those crimes.

Tie their voting rights to their Second Amendment Rights and watch the Rats howl.
They cant vote because they cant pay and thats unfair. ????
They brake laws of the land and do not pay their just desserts and expect to be able to vote?? Should we give them rights to continue there criminal activities??
Genuine justice is first making a moral judgement and then giving what is deserved.
“Now a political groups claims that convicted felons in Florida who would otherwise be eligible...”
California wants to change that to “justice involved persons”. Convicted felon just sounds so mean...
It completely defies any modification. Any adjective added to it simply translates to NOT, mainly because the limitation means that someone does not get what they deserve.
Social justice = NOT justice
Economic justice = NOT justice
Political justice = NOT justice.
If Blacks feel they are due reparations for their enslavement they need to locate the family of the African Black warlords who first captured them and made them slaves. They were slaves before they came to America and were purchased by plantation owners (some of whom were Black i.e. Kamala Harris’s ancestors)
