Africa is already at the bottom, and should stay there, unless they actually want to get themselves out of the muck.
The reply I would have posted to that blog, if it didn’t have to go thru facefook:

They can’t and they won’t. I didn’t start out as a “racist” but I’m too much of a “realist” to have much hope. Tribalism and violence is their heritage and their destiny.
