An interesting side note.....when all of these crimes were being committed against Manhattan people/LEOs....the majority of people, in Manhattan/NYC LINED THE STREETS, to support the NYPD....today, I am not confident that a majority of the citizens would do so. Back in the day union members, construction workers, and others openly and proudly sported "America - Love It Or Leave It" T-Shirts.

Except at places and events like Trump rallies that sentiment is not on display very much these days.
