In the year 2000, when the Clintons left the White House, there was a list of 250 “untimely” deaths related to them. I recall several related to Travelgate, including Ron Brown, who was scheduled to testify within days of his death, and an Arkansan who fled DC only to be gunned down on an Arkansas highway. In summer 2016, not only Seth Rich, but several people who were tied to the Clintons’ Haitian relief scam died, including a UN official who was scheduled to testify, but died in the gym with a barbell across his throat. Also a young attorney who served papers on Debbie Wasserman Schultz/DNC died shortly after, of unknown cause. IIRC, the Attorney General for Haiti and a prosecutor who were filing a case against Hillary Clinton for her part in sex trafficking were shot. Common denominator is that somebody knew cases were being filed. Especially with regard to the offshore cases, there would have been communication with Dept. of State and DOJ.
