Trump is anything but incompetent. He got an avalance of terrible advice from his enemies before he discovered they were his enemies, which is an on-going process as they still surround him. Having never held elected office before, Trump felt he needed the wisdom of current politicians to advise him and navigate the bureaucracies and myriad government processes.
The only shame is he should have gone in and treated all politicians as if enemies and just relied on people from private industry to serve him. The learning curve would have been worse, but he would not have had to wade throuhg the dozens of sabateurs on his staff. Remember how leaks were a daily event his first year in office? He was surrounded by enemies.
The Kenyanesian Usurpation was brought to US by BOTH parties.
That’s why no one will be punished for any of the myriad crimes committed during the eight year crime spree.

The GOP might have retained the house and Trump would have another ACE for next year’s election. The man who brought equal justice to the US and imprisoned the biggest political criminal in US History. Instead he has an F on the issue and she walks free spewing her venom all over the world, laughing about the death of man who could have put her husband in prison.

Isn’t it true that, any evidence obtained illegally, through wiretaps (phones, internet sites, etc) and through illegal espionage... cannot be used as evidence in a court of law? Even if the evidence indicates some wrongdoing on the part of the target of the illegally obtained evidence, can it be used against that target? The target becomes a defendant as a result of the illegally obtained ‘evidence’. Is that allowed? If not, Manafort should be let loose and our government should compensate him for all of the wrongs perpetrated by the illegalities of the ‘government’.
I’m not a lawyer, but, I’m trying to use common sense about the illegalities of the Trump/Russia collusion case, and the subsequent/incidental cases that were derived/fabricated.
What did Sessions do against the coup with the 2 years he was in office? Answer, not a damn thing.
