That sounds about right. America will be destroyed from within as predicted. The old and weak will be the most vulnerable. Looking at how many of the young have this harsh attitude these days; I can see them being quite cold and cruel to others without feeling any remorse at all. It’s like they are already dead inside.
The cities will be the easiest to conquer. Pushing the conservatives out will be a good thing for the conservatives. After that just shut off their supply of water, power, food, and gas. They will surrender within a month as they start killing each other for the fewer and fewer supplies left. It may only take a week.
The grand experiment of making America a melting pot has turned it into a pressure cooker. It isn’t just racial now though; it’s mostly ideological. Race just feeds the ideology.
The roving mobs of young gangsters types will be the most destructive. Think Mad Max scenario. Even if they are repelled today; they will come back with more and more people until they get what they want or die trying. Single family units won’t stand a chance against them. Only by uniting into groups can they be fought off.
I expect your numbers are a bit low though. I can’t see this ending without at least 100 million dead; maybe 200M. Mexico and Canada will get sucked into it too with half their populations decimated as well.
Your description is more like the terrible reality we will be in.
Some Freepers have a fantasy of how great CWII will be.
It will destroy most of us, our children, grand kids and those not even conceived yet, unless it is over in a week or less.
Destruction of our communication systems, roads, railroads and shipment of food and other things we need daily will make us worse than any third world $hithole country in weeks.
If it drags on for a couple of years, basically every fertile woman will have her life cut short due to lack of food, water and stability in her home. My Dad’s Mother and her Sisters, who were born during CCWI or right after it, were lucky to make it past their mid 20’s before dying young.
Also, our enemies will take advantage of the opportunity to kill survivors of both sides.
Our borders on both Oceans and on land, North and South will cease to exist. Countless foreign and armed marauders will invade, attack, rape and kill any American Survivors. The lucky ones will be those are killed quickly.
