No. Completely different story. The suicide in Austin occurred on July 16 this year. It was reported by NY Post on July 24.
TruePundit reported it, and because TruePundit is a crap source and nobody else was reporting it, the story was dismissed as coming from a disreputable source.
The negligent discharge incident in a Colorado disco happened over a year ago.
The thing is, if Stone, et al, really wanted to get these folks, it really wouldn’t be hard and hopefully he and his team are doing just that.
The text messages that have come out prove everything, really. They didn’t think there were ever going to get caught, so they were carefree about everything. While it would take some work, money and some paperwork, it wouldn’t be hard to determine how CNN learned about the FBI showing up at his house. Just start getting phone records and that trail of breadcrumbs will lead to someone.

Horowitz may have been too polite to mention any more sensitive issues than tickets to sporting events. James Wolfe was not a member of the FBI. He was the Senate Intelligence Committee security director, but his case is illustrative. Wolfe, a married man, was carrying on a relationship with 26-year-old Ali Watkins. Watkins was an extremely talented individual. She was awarded a Pulitzer Prize at age 23.
