I do agree to some degree in another sense, however, in that giving Bill Barr czar-like declassification powers will assure that all multigenerational Bush, Barr and other intel agency malfeasance the powers that be want buried will stay buried. A few sacrificial lambs surrounding the attempted coup against Trump will be coughed up, but massive crimes will stay covered up.
