Here is video of Baltimores own Mayor Catherine Pugh last year essentially saying what President Trump said that Baltimore is overrun with rats! This is Elijah Cummings District. Trump is right. . . . .
"Oh, you can smell the rats!"
"Oh my God, you can smell the dead animals."

Yes, you can smell the rats. It’s a distinct, overpowering, and distinctly recognizable as rat droppings.
Okay, I have the solution.
Animal shelters usually have more cats than they can handle and end up euthanizing them.
All Animal shelters in the country should send their cats to Baltimore.
According to CNN, cats will solve the rat problem.
According to attic_rat they will not, as domestic cats are afraid of rats.
According to other sites, the cat scent alone will drive out rats.
Honestly, I don’t know if it would solve the problem or not. But it would be Hilarious if every animal shelter in the country sent their rats to Baltimore.
Aaaugh, sent their CATS not rats.
Okay either would be hilarious.
For rat infestations in a house, tossing a few hands full of mothballs into the attic and under the house works.
Deters the snakes that come after the rodents, too.
City infestations require aggressive extermination efforts.
We WILL see bubonic plague if the a-holes in charge don’t address this.
When bubonic goes pneumonic, God help us.
Mothballs evaporate and require frequent replacement.
I tried using them to keep a neighbor’s nutty cat from digging up my yard. Yes, I had 4” deep holes all over my front yard. It was ripping up the grass.
You would think these Democrats would be shamed into taking care of this awful problem.
But.....they have no shame.
Lets all recite the Democrat motto!
Its never so bad that we cant steal some more money.
Why fix it? If they did they alleviate the need of guvment.
