another lie we were told. I still question the energy efficiency. They generate as much heat as a regular bulb. when the calculate the energy efficiently. I don’t they look at the cost of transforming it down to a lower voltage.

What I'm wondering is, why do the bulbs need "replacement"? Did they burn out, or - given that this is Detroit - were they stolen by the residents?
