Wow! What a coincidence...his new lawyer, my sister-in-law.
I remember her as a shrew who would never look at the person she was actually speaking to. It’s been years since I’ve seen her, probably when Hillary was running in 2008, but that’s the one thing that always bothered me about Ratner when she was on.

Yeah; I figured her brother had been mixed up in this the minute I saw her name on the post. That family ...
They've always tried to push this off as a random robbery, because other robberies had taken place in that area previously. Nothing was taken from Rich, and he was shot in the back. Questions I have never seen an answer to: Did any of those other robberies result in the victims being injured or murdered? Did they lose all their possessions, or did they fight off their attackers, and keep their possessions?
It reads like an 8th grade book report. Whether or not it was filed I have no clue!
Watch the brother closely.

Also, the father said Seth was on the phone when he was shot. When asked about the commotion, Seth said he was 'at home'.
Why did Seth lie about being home? Why didn't he just say he was walking down the street?

Witness protection? It would explain a lot.

Plus, IIRC, the name of the doctor who was called in to “take care of” Seth Rich at the hospital was noted often on the White House visitors’ log.
There were emergency room personnel in the hospital room with Rich who had ties to the DNC. He was alive when he arrived and dead within minutes.
I am very familiar with the Ratner family from Cleveland, OH. They are the controlling stock holders of Forest City Enterprises(a fortune 500 company). They own commercial real estate all over our country. Ms. Ratner is one of their children. She literally was born with the silver spoon. They were a parent company of my company for years.
Reading through the legal document know, and it seems to give an answer to the post above:

Thanks for the info. She’s a rabid Democrat, and enough of a slug to have stuck her nose into the Seth Rich case. With all the tentacles of the Ratner family, who knows, maybe her family had ties to his family. Or, she met with Assange on request of the Clinton campaign. Assange allegedly asked her to pass on the info about Seth Rich to his family, and instead of contacting them directly, she gets Ed Butowsky to do her dirty work. I can believe she’d do that to keep her involvement a secret. You always get someone else to do your dirty work for you. And later, she could deny she ever told him to contact the Rich family. I wonder what her response will be in regards to Butowsky’s allegations.

Is Ellen related to...Steven Rattner?
[New Mexico’s gov] Richardson has one other direct tie to the investment scandal: Steven Rattner, the former head of Obama’s auto-bailout program, gave $5,000 to Richardson’s 2002 gubernatorial campaign and $15,000 to Richardson’s 2006 re-election bid.
Richardson heads the State Investment Council (SIC) which, in 2005, voted to invest $20 million with Quadrangle Group LLC. At the time of the 2002 and 2006 campaign contributions, Rattner was a managing principal in the company, which he left in February of this year to take the auto-bailout job.

Well no big deal he has a brother, just first I’ve heard that he was also involved in the leak.
No, Mr. Rich. We understand why you didn't, and it had nothing to do with Trump being elected.
Now, the family's reluctance to bring out the truth makes more sense than ever. They already lost one son, and don't want to lose another. Aaron would be in real danger.
