I suggest you watch the Senate hearing on the suppression by Google/YouTube tomorrow about the suppression of conservative voices. This Demonetize/Remonetize scam is one of the ways they do this.

I read about the background to that novel. King apparently wanted to do a story in which he had people go on a yuge, significant quest, which a small group of people did in the third part of that novel.
Also, the Stand is probably the only King novel in which a devout Christian — Mother Abigail — was portrayed in a positive light. Hopefully, I am wrong about that point.

One thing I found interesting is that Stephen King received hate mail from readers because Stillson kicked a dog to death in the novel.
That's right, hate mail about a fictional character, doing a fictional act.
Now any normal author would realize that his haters were living in Crazytown, and would likely turn libertarian/right.

King instead MOVED to Crazytown and became the mayor.

LOL! If my use of brief clips of other videos is “stolen” than at least half of the YouTubers would be guilty of thievery. When you use a clip with no added commentary that is what you could consider thievery. With commentary, it is considered fair use. Also they acknowledge it but often the AI terminator demonetizes if it is conservative commentary. Watch the Senate hearing tomorrow on this and similar subjects to get yourself up to speed.
