Right now they are only targeting those with final deportation orders.
They have had their day in court and have been ordered by the court to be removed.
These are the low hanging fruit and the easiest deportations.

When I made my post, I momentarily forgot how ICE raids were targeting those who have been adjudicated as not having the right to asylum in our country.

It’s just so frustrating how we cannot reform our insane immigration laws. Thankfully, it seems Mexico’s actions at the respective borders are making a significant difference.
Finally, I hope President Trump keeps building the Wall, despite the latest rulings to stop construction.
