Huber is a total failure. He’s he spends all his time kissing up to Romney so he is useless as far as law enforcement goes. President Trump needs to fire him and replace him with someone who respects the law.

He was first nominated for the position by President Barack Obama in February 2015. Huber offered his resignation in March 2017 at the request of the Trump administration. However, United States Attorney General Jeff Sessions subsequently appointed Huber as interim U.S. Attorney under the Federal Vacancies Reform Act. Seems this Obama appointee is serving against his own wishes, so how can anyone expect him to drag his benefactors to justice? Utah seems unable to produce anything other than status quo zealots, anyway.
