I expect such Left wing violence would inspire a few - perhaps in the hundreds - to respond by moving against the top, making clear “get your minions under control”. This would either result in a rapid backing down, or an enormous police rollout a la hunt for Boston Marathon Bomber...which would get, um, interesting.
