I certainly hope they do get tossed, but no court has issued an injuction yet, and the Attorney General issued a directive to county Sheriffs to enforce the portion that went into effect January 1 (prohibit sales to 18-20 y.o.) The balance of the bill goes into effect July 1 (waiting periods, mandatory training requirements,) so hopefully a court will issue an injunction before then, but it is doubtful since you're part of the 9th Circus.
Keep your powder dry, and your high heels out of the rudder pedals!

He definitely looked like an officer...police or security. He was open carrying...not concealed. This was no John Q. Public they assaulted. John Q. would probably have opened fire.
